Groundswork

Our groundworks division has seen steady and progressive growth and allows us to offer a fully integrated construction service, often achieving programme and financial benefits, particularly on projects where we are also carrying out the reinforced concrete superstructure works. We have completed groundworks contracts ranging from simple pile cap and ground beam arrangements to multi- storey basements on challenging city centre sites. By securing the services of our key sub-contractors for the likes of sheet and bored piling, design and supply of temporary works, bulk excavations and specialist dewatering, we are also able to offer a fully coordinated substructure package. Our range of groundwork specific plant such as excavators, dumpers, breakers and rollers are all continually serviced and maintained by us, to ensure it remains fully certified and efficient.
